Meet Mattis
I grew up in the north of Sweden, spending the early 90s tinkering with computers, learning to code, and immersing myself in the early Internet. At 17 I started my first company, building computers and networking for local businesses. That started a 30-year journey through almost every role in tech: Founder, CEO, CTO, Head of Product, Design, Analytics, Operations. I built products, companies, scaled teams, made every expensive mistake in the book, and eventually figured
out what actually works. 
The turning point came after my second burnout. I realized the problem wasn't working harder. It was that new leaders get thrown into the deep end without the support they need - just expected to figure it out. Suddenly I saw talented leaders struggling with the same patterns everywhere. And I saw just how much time, money, and effort were wasted under their leadership, despite them doing their best. It became my obsession: To learn what separates high-performing organizations from the rest. Since then I've mentored 50+ companies, coached leaders on every level, and helped founders go through the exact problems you're facing. The patterns became clear.
