I grew up in the north of Sweden, spending the early 90s tinkering with computers, learning to code, and immersing myself in the early Internet. At 17 I started my first company, building computers and networking for local businesses. That started a 30-year journey through almost every role in tech: Founder, CEO, CTO, Head of Product, Design, Analytics, Operations. I built products, companies, scaled teams, made every expensive mistake in the book, and eventually figured out what actually works.
